National Social Security Fund – Moroccan Pension Fund
Morocco is an active and long-standing partner of EN3S via a number of training and exchange activities organised with the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and the Moroccan Pension Fund (CMR), formalised by agreements signed respectively in 2001 and 2003.
These actions consisted mainly in exchanges of managers, internships at the CNSS and CMR for EN3S students in initial training between 2001 and 2013, and in the participation of Moroccan trainee managers in the welfare agency management course (CESGOS).
EN3S also engages in technical cooperation actions. Since 2007, French staff have participated regularly in seminars organised by the CNSS training centre to share the experience of French social security agencies. Nearly 1,000 managers of the CNSS of Morocco have already benefited from these peer exchanges.
The links with Morocco also extend to other institutions. The Health Insurance State Agency regularly participates in training courses provided by EN3S, under the ISSA programme, for the extension of social protection. The Moroccan agency has reported on its experience in implementation of RAMED (Medical assistance scheme), which provides medical coverage to the destitute.
