Coordination of the International Cooperation Working Group

In 2019, EN3S was entrusted by the French Directorate of Social Security with coordinating the international cooperation activities carried out by the national social security funds, their networks and other social protection institutions. To this end, EN3S regularly convenes meetings bringing together all stakeholders involved in international cooperation.

In 2022, a dedicated working group led to the development of an expert identification framework for international assignments. This tool enables the early identification of potential experts within social security institutions, networks and branches operating in the fields of health and social protection.

The expert identification framework does not entail any commitment on the part of candidates. It is an EN3S initiative designed to broaden and diversify the pool of experts available for international assignments.

Training for International Experts

EN3S was commissioned by the national social security funds to develop a short training programme for experts undertaking assignments abroad.

The aim of the programme is to provide participants with a practical foundation in social protection systems around the world, as well as concrete tools to help them communicate their expertise effectively. The training emphasizes the importance of adapting to the local context rather than replicating the French model in the country where the assignment takes place.

The programme is available through a self-paced online learning platform and is structured around three modules:
