EN3S develops cooperation partnerships and promotes the sharing of expertise with institutional and international stakeholders. The objective is to contribute to the strengthening of social protection systems worldwide.

EN3S coordinates the involvement of professionals in response to specific requests from foreign social security administrations.

• Training needs assessments and diagnostics
• Design and delivery of tailor-made training programmes
• Expertise transfer and project support to enhance management efficiency
• Technical visit programmes within social protection institutions
• Hosting of foreign delegations

Strengthening Training Capacities in Social Protection

EN3S contributes to strengthening training capacities in the field of social protection.

Cooperation activities take various forms, including:

• Advisory and support services for the development of in-house training functions and training structures
• Training-of-trainers programmes
• Support for the establishment of schools dedicated to social protection

These cooperation initiatives are formalized through partnership agreements, which define:

• The objectives and areas of cooperation
• The roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders involved
• The implementation arrangements
