National Social Security Fund of Côte d’Ivoire
In 1984, EN3S started a partnership with the National Social Security Fund of Côte d’Ivoire, which resulted in the establishment of an Inter-African Training Centre for Social Security Managers (CIFOCSS), which, in 1996, became the Training Institute for the Social Security Professions (IM2S).
IM2S offers several initial training courses (social security senior manager, social security middle manager, operations controller, prevention controller and social security expert).
In 2009, a further training centre was established within IM2S, strengthening its support in the field of continuing education.
EN3S and IM2S work together in particular on the inter-African training course for social security managers which is held every two years in Côte d’Ivoire and France. This course has been attended by nearly 400 senior managers since its establishment.
But we also have a broader form of cooperation. This consists in support for the continuing education of CNPS managers. The support takes the form of training courses in Côte d’Ivoire and study missions to France. CNPS regularly participates in EN3S training courses on Social Security Guidelines approved by ISSA.
